Cost depends on your insurance provider. I accept most major insurance companies, including Medicaid. Our of pocket fees range from $150-200/session. If you have insurance that I do not accept, I offer what is called a "superbill" that can be submitted to your insurance for potential reimbursement. I also accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, check, and HSA/FSA.
No. I work with Journey Clinical for ketamine prescriptions. They can also work with you if you have other medication needs.
Generally, first sessions are information gathering sessions. We will discuss, at your comfort level, your reason for seeking therapy, goals for therapy, and answer any questions you might have about the process. We will also review office policies, confidentiality, and informed consent.
I am located in the Ohio Health building in Marion, Ohio. You may park in the parking lot next to the building and take the elevator to the second floor. If you are not close to Marion, I also offer teletherapy, which is a video session.
Once you schedule your consultation call, you’ll receive a link to join the session. These brief calls (10–15 minutes) are not therapy sessions. The purpose is to clarify your needs and determine whether we’re a good fit to work together.
We’ll keep it simple and won’t dive too deeply—our focus is primarily on logistics and next steps so we can get you scheduled for your first therapy session as quickly as possible.
